COLUMBUS, OHIO — Amy Acton is trying to sell Ohio a story. The Democrat running for Governor wants voters to believe she’s a centrist, a unifier, a moderate.

A new Breitbart report blows that story wide open. While Acton served as grants manager at the Columbus Foundation, the foundation moved millions of dollars to far-left organizations pushing abortion expansion, open borders, climate activism, and gender ideology.

$516,617 to abortion groups — funneled to Planned Parenthood across 2017 and 2018 under Acton’s oversight at the Columbus Foundation. More than $1 million to the ACLU of Ohio, a group that opposes restrictions on abortion and champions radical gender ideology for kids. Between $50,000 and $75,000 per year to CAIR Ohio, an organization Republican Governors Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis have designated a terrorist group.

And she’s already been endorsed by EMILY’s List — one of the most extreme abortion-rights groups in the country.

This is the same Amy Acton who shut down Ohio’s small businesses, schools, and churches. The same Amy Acton who closed nursing homes to families while letting abortion clinics stay open. And now she wants Ohioans to believe she’s a moderate.

You don’t funnel half a million dollars to Planned Parenthood by accident. You don’t bankroll the ACLU and CAIR by accident. And you don’t get endorsed by EMILY’s List by being a moderate.
