COLUMBUS, OHIOVivek Ramaswamy laid out a bold 10-point agenda for Ohio on Saturday, June 27, outlining the sweeping changes he intends to deliver for Ohioans starting in 2027.

In a post that drew over 211,000 views, Ramaswamy pledged to slash property taxes, abolish the state income tax, and cut electric bills — directly targeting the pocketbook pressures Ohio families face every day. He also committed to prosecuting Medicaid fraud and slicing healthcare costs, taking aim at two of the state’s most persistent fiscal drains.

The agenda doesn’t stop at the budget. Ramaswamy called for bringing high-paying jobs back to Ohio, raising standards in schools, and teaching kids to be proud of their state and their country. On public safety, he was unambiguous: put human traffickers in prison where they belong and crush crime in Ohio’s cities.

“Coming in 2027,” Ramaswamy wrote — a direct signal that he intends to make this agenda the centerpiece of his political future in Ohio.

The Ohio Republican Party welcomes this vision. Ohio deserves leadership that fights for lower taxes, safer communities, better schools, and an economy that works for working families — and Ramaswamy’s 10-point plan puts those priorities front and center.
