COLUMBUS, OHIO — Jon Husted just released a new television ad contrasting his Ohio-first agenda with Liberal Sherrod Brown‘s 32 years in Washington failing Ohio families.
The 30-second spot, titled “Moving Forward,” is part of a $1.2 million statewide buy running on broadcast, cable, and connected television. During his three decades in Washington, Brown consistently supported policies that opened our southern border to illegal immigrants, raised prices for hard-working Ohio families, and even allowed boys to compete in girls’ sports.
The ad’s most memorable moment? A clip of President Donald Trump pointing his finger and delivering the line every Ohioan already gave Sherrod Brown: “You’re fired.”
Said Husted, “Ohioans rejected Sherrod Brown’s liberal record after his 32 years in Congress because they were tired of the chaos coming out of Washington. I’m running to move Ohio forward, and to keep fighting for secure borders, lower taxes, and policies that put Ohio families first.”
