America 250 Ohio: Building an Innovative Water Economy

June 25 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The Great Lakes contain 21% of the world’s surface freshwater and represent both environmental and economic assets. The region’s $6 trillion GDP depends on a flourishing water economy—encompassing all economic activity dependent on or generated by water. With emerging contaminants and water scarcity rising, opportunities exist to develop deployable solutions for the Great Lakes and global markets.

Cleveland Water Alliance forges cross-sector partnerships connecting utilities, universities, government agencies, and manufacturing leaders to accelerate water innovations. The organization creates real-world testing environments on Lake Erie’s shores, positioning Ohio as a global water innovation destination. CEO Bryan Stubbs leads this technology catalyst organization.

Member cost: $30; non-member cost: $45.
