Ohio GOP Internships

Make a difference in the Ohio Republican Party (ORP) Internship Program. The ORP is always looking for interested undergraduate students to serve as interns (full-time and part-time) at our headquarters in Columbus.

Interns are needed for the spring, summer and fall. Some immediate spots are also available.

Internships are available within each of our departments:

Chairman's Office
The Chairman's office is responsible for coordinating the schedules and correspondence of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman.

Political
The Political division serves as the liaison between the ORP and all county parties/candidates. They are responsible for all grassroots and coalition efforts.

Communications/Research/OhioGOPtv
The Communications division is responsible for planning and executing the Party's media strategy via statements to the press, media events and the Internet.

Finance
The Finance division is primarily responsible for ORP fundraising activities.

An internship at the Ohio Republican Party is an excellent opportunity for Republicans to gain valuable experience in the political field and to get a behind-the-scenes look at how Ohio campaigns are conducted. In addition to working side by side with top political strategists, interns will gain skills that make them marketable to political organizations.
